B-aparthotel Regent

My stay at the hotel was incredibly clean, comfortable, and relaxing from start to finish. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with a cozy bed and peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The hotel staff were welcoming and attentive, adding to the overall sense of calm. The location was also perfect — conveniently situated with easy access to public transport and main roads, which made commuting simple and stress-free. Overall, it was a lovely and refreshing experience.

The apartment was very secure, clean and quiet. The pillows are very comfortable and the heating is quick at heating up the apartment. Its approx 20 mins walk to Central Station, or you can get the metro from Madou (it's 1 mins walk from the apartment). We decided to walk to the centre/Christmas Markets and get the metro back. There is also another Metro station approx 7 mins walk called Kunst Wet. Obviously it depends on where you want to go.

The location was great, making it easy to walk to nearby places. Public transport is also just a stone's throw away. The rooms are nice and spacious enough for a family.

We stayed for 3 nights in May and we were very happy with the room. During the booking process, we weren't sure which of the pictured rooms we were going to be given, but we ended up in the dark coloured room. It was clean, modern, comfortable, had a well-equipped kitchenette and large bathroom. An express supermarket is across the road and it is an easy 1km walk into the centre of town. The area seemed 'safe'. The self check-in instructions worked well for us after re-reading them a couple of times. Although the foyer is generally not manned, we happened to see 3 different employees there over the 3 days, and they were happy to answer questions.

We booked the apartment and it was very convenient for travel with a baby. Both rooms were larger than expected, kitchen had all basic utilities. They had set up a baby cot and were very helpful when we needed an extra bed for the night for a friend who happened to be in Brussels for one night during our stay. The staff replied to emails fast and were helpful with everything.
